Pauper Meta Report - Pauper is about to Change NOT because of WOE

  Pauper Brews Table of Contents Wilds of Eldraine releases on September 5th Wilds of Eldraine's complete set has finally been revealed, and while it has some cool cards like  Troublemaker Ouphe , it doesn’t seem like it will impact Pauper Heavily. Out of 101 commons, just two or three seem meta-relevant, but as always, time will tell if anyone can break it with these limited tools. That being said, one exciting announcement last week may bring new decks to the format, along with the release of Wilds of Eldranie. Pauper Meta Report - TOP Decks of 2024 so Far

​ Pauper is currently a format dominated by robots, or so it seems. The recent buff for the Azorius Affinity Archetype, Novice Inspector, has proven to be strong in a deck that values the extra body and artifact it provides. Over the last two weeks, the upgraded versions of Affinity have risen in popularity, but the meta still sees the same contenders trying to beat the robots. Let’s take a look at the current Pauper top 10 Archetypes: Boros Synthesizer ​ For a while, Boros has been one of the most popular decks in the Format; however, it's not performing exceptionally well. It does have access to eight copies of Thraben Inspector, but the deck is significantly slower. Against decks like Golgari Gardens, it is destined to lose, and control decks can out-grind them as well. Dimir Faeries is one of the oldest decks in Pauper, and while in the past it lost some popularity while Monastery Swiftspear was around, nowadays it is back with a vengeance. Today, I will cover my preferred build, each deck card, and what has worked for me with the deck. Dimir Faeries Pauper Deck List How to Play it Dimir Faeries is a Tempo Pauper deck that relies on cheap creatures to gradually generate a card advantage to disrupt and outvalue your opponents to win you the game eventually.
